Yes. Thanks to JorisBlack, I downloaded an extension called "Stylish", then searched for a mod for Harmony Central, then installed it. It didn't get rid of the blue on the sides, but it made it a lot more like the old Harmony Central and easier to read.

downloaded stylish, went to link, but can't find a place on the hc stylish page to download.
I'm running ubuntu....
BTW, the white pages are killing my eyes. Any way to tone it down?
