If its a maple board then its pretty much sealed and you can use washing up liquid or whatever on it (but use a damp cloth, not a soaking wet one).

If its rosewood and its gone down into the grain then i really have no idea how you're going to get it out. Try all of the above.

Or you could leave it until it decomposes away..

pop it in the oven at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, season to taste.

Sometimes we just make mistakes and sometimes we forge completely new paths, just not always to good places. Good luck to you, and I will point out two things- one, there is no food item that makes sense on a guitar, and two, strats have replaceable necks, and for this you should be thankful, because I have feeling you will be looking for one.
