You're getting the cold weather we had last night. It warmed up to 20 here with light snow. It's the first measurable snow we've had all winter.

Yeah, we've had a little snow this year but nothing major. Maybe about a foot total this winter.

The only warm weather thing I could find was my down vest. My winter leather I have from my last trip. I may have to buy some sweaters or something up there. I think I gave away my Michigan winter clothing when I moved down here (need hand palm thingy)

I don't see myself getting to the Northeast any time soon. I really should visit some friends in Philly. Maybe I'll take a road trip in the spring.

The knuckle heads from my office were out partying until 2:00AM. Not me. I watched a bad movie on Netfix and got a little sleep. They are going to be hurting today with 12 hours of meetings and speeches. I'm so not looking forward to this crap today.

Hey All. I got a phone call at 1:30 am telling me the bad news. My mom had passed an hour earlier at 12:31 am. I'm leaving for the airport within the hour.

X- Hope you are doing OK. I expect we are all thinking of you.

Back in the offices today. I have not heard back on the couple internal jobs I interviewed on. I am not very hopeful. I am starting to think age is finally becoming a factor in getting hired. I am 60- but don't feel it, or look it - but I feel I have gotten passed over. So it's either not interviewing well,or age. Feeling a bit deflated about this.
