I like! The Diamond amp sounded pretty darn good also.

I can dig it. But I expect that DBZ putting “Diamond” all over this stuff is going to draw the ire of Schecter’s lawyers. Did the brand consulting firm just not walk through a guitar store before they picked that name?

Not even considering anything legal I'd have gone with a different name other than "diamond".  Oh well, I like them nevertheless.

Saw that video this AM... & I'm REALLY digging the blueburst.  Any word on prices yet?

In it's simplest form, a guitar is just wooden box. It's up to you to decide how to fill it.

Re: DBZ does a nice take on the Firebird at NAMM

I like how he never said the words "Gibson" or "Firebird" and instead just summarized the design as a modern take on a "familiar" design.

Having said that I really like what they did with the firebird shape.  It's a shame that Gibson doesn't do more "modern takes on familiar designs".  :smileyhappy:

Oh and the amp does sound killer.  I don't automatically thing Schecter when I hear the word diamond.  If it was "Diamond Series", then I'd say they have a problem.
