Been listening to the new album by "Love and Death," which is Brian Welch's new band.  Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed!  Any of you guys listened to it?

IMHO, the vocals kill anything positive that track might have going for it.

It starts out ok, good groove going, ...but that chorus ruins it. Who produced this fluff? Nickelback? Kidding. It does use that formula though.

Also, the lyrics are really weak.

I don't want to bash anyone that likes it since we all have our own tastes, but sounds kinda generic to me.

Bought the album a couple of days ago. I liked the sound, but wasn't blown away. However, I've been listening to it quite a bit, and wow...it has really grown on me a lot! Some cool grooves/guitar-bass work on this one...
