when you click on the ammount of kudos you can see who kudos'd you, there is a tag for "expert" also.  i imagine that is some top tier bleep.

I saw something in teh FAQ about it.  I didn't understand it all but it sounded like mods or "community managers" or whatever might have something to do with it.  Maybe it's something in addition to the contributor title??
