Now I don't have the option to delete any posts in this thread anymore.  If I go looking through posts I made earlier today or yesterday some have the option but some don't.

edit: I have the option to delete this one now.

I had a quick look over my latest posts, to see which I could delete. I'm guessing here, but it looks like you can't delete a post once someone has replied to it.

Let's see if this does it... yup - the "delete" option disappears once there's a reply to the post.
