...and if that isn'r good enough, here's how to make a neutral saline solution, at home:

Take a tall glass of warm water, about 12 oz should do,

add approx 1/4 tsp salt (plain old NaCl),

stir

:viola:

a neutral saline solution...roughly, good enough for external use.

We do this for new denture patients, the gums love it, and it toughens them up/discourages bacterial and fungal issues with new oral appliances.
