Copper, and graphite sparkle are cool. Red sparkle looks like shit to me.

I don't know that the mastery would intonate properly, or why you would need it. The vi bridge is wider, and should have ample string tension to keep it steady

So the Bass VI is ready already. The bassist in my bands got his hands on one here in the UK for like £602 he said. I had a go at practice last night. It's pretty **bleep** sweet. The bridge on it has no problems obviously because the strings are heavier than your standard guitar gauge.

Phil, I don't know how to quote you. But yeah he loves it - it's added strange new depths to some of our stuff. It plays really easily - it came well set-up. The JM pickup is nice and bitey. I'm not a massive fan of the neck pickup though to be honest.

They're heavier, but tuned an octave down. Doesn't mean there's more tension.

Believe me, there's plenty of tension. But there are no problems with the strings popping out of place. My bassist plays it with his fingers rather than a pick and still no problems.
