New Dream Pop MP3, somewhere between Echo/Bunnymen & Manchester Pop.

https://soundcloud.com/joey-levenson/run

I did this maybe in 2005 or so, and ran it all through a Roger Mayer Voodoo Vibe and a Boss DM-300 tabletop delay (which you can hear me tweak in realtime).

I always liked this tune.

Right On.

Under all the bad singing and out of tune guitars is a great song. I think it deserves a bigger, better production. I absolutely loved the melody, and that vocal part with the far away reverb was very evocative.

I don't really hear Bunnymen or Furs (two of my fave 80's bands). It's reminded me of The Velvet Underground.
