So I know a lot of people love Souldier, Couch, Hippie, etc straps, and I do too, but I found a local source for good looking straps - Seamstress for the Band.

I popped by her home studio today and picked-up this one for my tele:

I also put in an order for another custom one that I'm sure I'll be showing off in the future. You can find her stuff at http://www.etsy.com/shop/SeamstressForTheBand and I DO reccomend checking it out.

The local L&M carries a few and there are even some really cool patterns she has in stock that aren't on the etsy page yet. Def reccomend trying them out!

There's none on there right now but I was at her shop this afternoon and the material is there. I'd reccomend e-mailing her and using that link to describe it and I'm sure she'd be able to make you one. Apparently my other one I ordered will be done this week.

I have a purple \ red x. Gilmour-Hendrix Isle of Wight replica thats awesome handmade in UK but i just found old martin strap i gigged with 74-78 and trpped led zep woodshedded with in 86! Its a kozmik beest! I use only the martin now

Awesome. I've excited to hear your thoughts on it when it arrives. I still want another Souldier one but I sent them an e-mail allmost 2 weeks ago and still haven't got a response.
