I think I paid 90.00 for it in the 80's. loading up my gear after practicing my buddys friend stole it. I remember looking for it the next day and was pissed when I realized what happened. In a way it probably was for the best because I always had my foot on it.
cool pedal, surely not worth 400+ for it or 200.00 IMO

Wow, I have not seen one in many years and actually forgot about them. Ipesonally would have kicked your buddy's teeth out if he stole my shit. You should have gone and kicked his ass.

So what does the treadle do to the sound?
How's it work?
As it is the setting of the pedal that determines the amount of distortion the player can adjust this while playing. This is rather unique feature in a distortion pedal. There is also a warp mode where distortion with much higher gain is generated.
