I love that you used "adorable" to describe a pedal... still a TVD fanboi!!

EQD Dream Crusher is pretty amazing.
I did like what Just Nick was doing with it in his demo... I'm interested in this for sure.
So far I like the EQD Dream Crusher, the W&C Your Face, and the MJM London Fuzz... still looking.

I have a Mosterpiece NPN as my silicon FF and an EQD Dream Crusher for germanium. Both are amazing pedals.

Do you like one over the other?

This. Dunlop has been getting things right lately.
Stu, what amp are you running? I tend to prefer germanium through Fenders and Voxes, and silicon through Marshalls, but that changes depending on my mood. Germanium tends to be smoother and more overdrivey, whilst silicon can be more agressive and spitty.
If the fuzz doesn't clean up when you back off the volume, then the builder is doing it wrong. This goes for both Ge and Si versions.

Thanks for this. I'm using a Mesa Mark V amp. I pretty much just use the amp for all my dirt, I have a Klon KTR that gets thrown on top here and there depending on the venue. I'm probably goig to go with a germanium version FF, just got to narrow it down. The EQD Dream Crusher, MJM London Fuzz and the Fulltone 69 are looking good to me right now. Also like the sounds of the Jam Pedals Fuzz Phrase... my search continues!
