If so - which one(s), and what did you think?

Re: Has anyone tried any Rockett Effects?

I had for a while the Alien Echo, and didn't like it at all. The delay itself was very cold and sterile (some may call it "precise"), similar to the old Boss DD3 but with a tone control (which could tame the highs but not make it warmer). The modulation was interesting, but it was all too cold for my needs.. Got it replaced with an El Capistan which I like better...

I did not know that. Interesting.

Re: Has anyone tried any Rockett Effects?

Tim Jauernig helped design the JSDT tremolo. I thought he also helped design a delay/echo (possibly the alien) but I'm not sure. I'll have to ask him sometime.
RTFM!

I've got a WTF, had a thread on it earlier.  I'm still digging it.  Happy hunting Phil!

I had a Ten Ton Hammer. It was the noisiest Gainpedal I ever had, sounded ok. The build quality was nice tough.

The Animal is a good Plexi.  The mini toggle allows you to get the Plexi and the modern Plexi sound.  Blue Note is a smooth overdrive.  Stack them together gives you some excellent tonal options.  Their high end series "Afterburner" is another marvelous pedal, but not for the $500 asking price.

That Holdsworth sig does everything but Holdsworth. Country guys could make good use of it.

Yeah no prob.  It's a very cool fuzz, definitely worth checking out.  I wish I had experience with the Trombetta's so I could compare it but I'm real happy with this thing.

Re: Has anyone tried any Rockett Effects?

I had the dual trem and it was really nice. It was rich and organic with clarity in the upper mids and all that...

I sold it a while back though.
