Effects - Pedals, Multi-Effects, and Floor Boxes

I need help troubleshooting this pedal.  The signal comes through on bypass but nothing or very faint when not.  I've been working on it for about 3 weeks.....thought I could fix it.  I've bought and replaced numerous components.  From all I have read - the switch or battery wires are the most likely.  I have replaced the switch, all 3 transistors (MPSA13 & (2)MPSA18)(4.4vdc to 4.6vdc) and 220uf & 4.7uf caps.  Desoldered other 7 caps and the diode to verify proper readings.  Verified all resistor readings in circuit.  Desoldered red fasle - 15 ohms.  Battery reads 9.3v.  Hotpot reads yel & blk wires 2 - 102k ohms.  Please help me.

When my Dunlop wah was not working it was the adapter power-in jack.  It is only soldered to the board with no other support. I traced it back and instead of trying to solder the traces I ran wire.
