you could buy the cheapest 1-3/8" 18 horn from Partsexpress and cut it down, although the plastic (likely ABS) will not be very strong. A standard N-07 bearing nut will match up with this thread and cost ~$5 but you'll need a real machine fastener source. Mcmaster has a 6343k19 bearing locknut which will likely fit but costs $11

The post suggesting twisting the tube onto the driver won't accomplish what I'm trying to do, which is to fasten the driver to the foot pedal box.
Confession to make. I have the original tube with fitting from an EH Golden Throat II, but when I was young and dumb, I actually threw away the Golden Throat, one of those "if you haven't used it in the past year, get rid of it" moments. I'm older and wiser now. I go by the rule of, "if you've never wanted it in your last three incarnations, get rid of it"...
