We have one in our local mall and it was okay. Nothing remarkable. I didn't think it was as good as a TGIF or Applebee's, as far as chains go. But, it has been 5 or more years since we went and they may have changed the menu around.
The Ruby Tuesday in the Bloomberg, Pa. area has sucky service. OK food. Nothing special.
