Do this. Exercise daily and it will disappear. I workout every day with the exception of Sundays and even then sometimes walk or jog a few miles. It will make you feel better and keep the weight in check too. Our bodies do not get enough exercise due to modern conveniences. In times past, men would labor in the fields or hunt for food all day; they didnt need health clubs. Now that we have vehicles and grocery stores, our bodies are under exercised which has caused many of our modern health conditions / problems. If you are taking a lot of medications, you'd be surprised at how many of them will disappear if you just lose some weight.
