No, my stuff gets across the border on time without a problem...at least the stuff I ship (since I'm good at my paperwork). UPS and FedEx have both screwed up several times on the brokerage though, meaning I've had to "apply for refunds" for duty and sometimes taxes I shouldn't have paid (despite having proper paperwork with the shipments, which was obviously ignored by the brokers in the first place).

My experience is exactly the opposite :idk: And FedEx costs less as well.
UPS>FEDEX Fact. UPS delivers about twice as fast.

Same here. I had an autographed guitar used on tour sent to me via FedEx. They apparently pulled it off the shelf of the gear locker and slapped a label on the case. The case didn't even have any real wear on it. I was totally :eek: when I saw that's how it was shipped, then took a second and gave a second :eek: after noticing how great of condition the case was still in.
