Stepped up my pull day today. back and bi's hurt already.
Gonna do the same to my push days. especially with shoulders. i need them to pop out a bit more.
diet is going ok. lost all my holidays fat gains. it's hard though. i crave evil things.

Well, after almost 3 weeks on the ECA stack, and about a week on Keto, my blood pressure is right about normal as of today. So no issues there, heart rate is also right on.
Still on a mission for Men's Fitness cover bodyfat %...probably 10-12 lbs to go. But they're gonna be the toughest by far. Weighed in at 158.4 yesterday, down from 173 back in December.

It was legs day yesterday, something I've usually not taken too seriously as I didn't want it to interfere with my cycling.
Well the weather puts cycling right out so I threw myself into legs.
Jesussufferingfuck I am sore today :lol:

Yeah.. I started out with a lot of extra pounds, so I was shedding 5lbs a week. Down to 4lbs in the 4th week, now I think I'm at around 3-4lbs a week.
