Re: Vine's Can Rob One's Garden Of Precious.......

"Vine's" what? Its leaves? Tendrils?

She's the lady of the light
Yellow incandescent night
Tiger eyes burning bright
In the understory
I can't see the forest
For the branches and the leaves
But I believe
I do believe

And yet another apostrophe where it doesn't belong. Poppy, for a guy who sometimes writes articles for your local newspaper, you should know better. Or, is this an example of Kentucky spelling?

I wasn't. Apostrophe criminals must be brought to justice and they must pay their debt to society. It's for their own good.

But seriously folks: I must be thick. I didn't get the "vine" reference. It was too subtle for me!

I didn't get it either.  I don't understand a large percentage of Poppy's posts.

The post was to bring up the question of Melody Vine being a boon or a bane to the health of this site.

Re: Vine's Can Rob One's Garden Of Precious.......

Melodyvine is just "something else".  This site, HCAGF, has been known to chew up and spit out people.  Moderating is non-existant, and if there's one thing that's a truism, it's that guitar players are children at heart.  Kids need a little direction....  (my opinion only, please take it as such)

The ground is new there, the folks are nice to each other.

With the traffic Harmony Central generates, the chances of this site becoming passe is pretty much nil.  But come on over and use them both.  You may be surprised at the discussion, you may not.
