Congratulations. Happy New Guitar Day. As for lowering the action, that's usually not as much of an issue with nylon strings because they're much easier to fret. The action on a classical is normally higher than on a steel string guitar and much higher than on an electric, typically 1/8" for the low E and a tad less (say, 7/64") for the high E.

Oh, well thanks for letting me know. Complete classical newbie here so I appreciate any info on the guitars.
