Sound Quality:
Up against the Arion SFC-1, Arion SCH-1, and the Ibanez FL5 the Ibanez sounds great.  I have had only a few chorus and flanger pedals but from what I have heard, this pedal is as good or better.  Range of sound is great.  Not noisy, no noise from the switch when turned on or off, little or no loss of signal and no increase in output no matter where the dials are set to.  What more can I ask for?
Reliability/Durability:
I bought it used.  All metal construction.  Knobs quite well protected by the higher large footswitch.  Looks vintage yet everything is as tight as new.  Never saw any other similar pedal in any of the effects sites so it must be quite old yet still works like new.
Ease of Use:
The Ibanez Prime Dual Chorus PC10....2 pedals in one (chorus and/or flanger.  Total of 6 knobs.  2 knobs (speed & width) for the Chorus channel and 4 knobs (speed, width, flange & D-time) for the Flanger channel.  Easy to find the setting you want.  The 3 way selection switch allows you to use Stereo Chorus (on/off), Flanger (on/off) or Stereo Chorus/Flanger.  2 outputs.
Customer Support:
Made in Japan.  Ibanez name.  Never needed to get in touch with the company but Ibanez have been around for a long time and their longevity speaks for it's self.
Overall Rating:
I play mostly blues.  I use a solid body electric quitar, neck through construction with 2 Gibson style humbuckers.  I don't use the pedal much.  But since it sounds so good, 2 pedals in one, seems to be so dependable and does not adversely affect the sound of my guitar whether on or off, it definitely has a place in my pedal board.  Fantastic value.
