Hisses a bit, but not bad. Surprisingly lush chorus effect, even when compared to BOSS pedals. While other chorus pedals can be be pretty subtle in their effects, this one is strong because it's actually two pedals in one. Stereo effect is very good. Variety of different effects could be better, but it's not bad.
Reliability/Durability:
Had some connection problems once with the input, but straightened it out. Pretty reliable, doesn't suck batteries too bad. Good and sturdy design.
Ease of Use:
This pedal works by having two indpendent channels and two controls for each (SPEED A, DEPTH A, SPEED B, DEPTH B). They each have to be calibrated in a certain way or you'll get an out-of-tune, warbly effect. A real pain in the beginnning, but I've had time to play with it and now know what works. Manual was good.
Customer Support:
I bought it used, missing a battery cover and manual. Wrote a letter to the company and they sent me them no charge within a week or so. Other than that, haven't had to deal with them.
Overall Rating:
Good pedal, and I got it dirt cheap compared to what I've seen for it new elsewhere. Good strong chorus effect, some other more expensive pedals offered more variety but the effect was subtler. Just takes some time to set it to get a good sound sometimes.
