Sound Quality:
the rig goes 62'reissue strat w/fralins>keely compressor>rmc3>keely moded turbo ts9>memory man>fender reverb tank>66'bassman>2x12fender custom shop cab the sound of this rig makes angels weep. the analogman mod makes the memory man a fair rival to the echoplex.dead quiet in bypass.chorus/vibrato feature became more usable.overall much greater transparency.punchy &shimmery.tremendous improvement.
Reliability/Durability:
had it about 2 months. so far so good. far more reliable than an echoplex.
Ease of Use:
this mod corrects the high end[treble] loss endemic to these re-issues. it also includes a true-bypass switch.the controls remain the same except that the power indicator LED goes off when the unit is bypassed.
Customer Support:
mike's a standup guy. E-mail often answered within the hour.turnaround was within 1week.
Overall Rating:
i play various incarnations and configurations of jazz, blues, rock& etc. i've been playing 18 years and i'll tell you this- tone is half the game. essential mod to this otherwise dust magnet the memory man is capable of many strange and beautiful things. this mod makes those things achiveable in a live context.very musical. anything else i'd  like to share? well.........i once met the owner /founder of electro-harmonix. he had a 3' long rope of saliva hanging out of the tip of his cigar. seemed like a nice guy though....i guess this is'nt really relevant.
