Sound Quality:
Excellent indeed ! I liked the stock-version of the DD-2 already. the dd-2 sounds even better now...you really can hear the difference by switching between stock and hi-cut mode to left.... much more natural decay of the delays...and whats really good about it is that it still has the digital tightness to it but sounds more analog and works great with clean and distortion, which i found real analog delays sounds best clean and a bit mushy with heavy distortion/fuzz.
Reliability/Durability:
Only had it for a day...but boss pedals are sturdy like hell and andreas is a class-act-modder/builder so its gonna hold up for very long.
Ease of Use:
Very easy, a switch that makes you go from left to middle to right position. Other than that everything is standard.
Customer Support:
Extremely good service. Andreas tries his best to make you feel satisfied. Cant beat that.
Overall Rating:
Cannon-Ball-good ! Just what i wanted. I also have a Maxon AD-900 on my pedalboard and this combo is great for all the delays i need.
