Sound Quality:
The mod on this is insane, it took a very boring, tone sucking pedal and made it great. Fas less noise, very clean faster chorus, more depth and shimmer, infact, it now has shimmer where as before it sounded like it was void of high end. Works so much better than stock. The key to the mod is using the metal film caps and replacing all the electrolytic caps with them. Also the silver mica cap that changes the depth and speeds up the chorus some really cleans up the soft "rolled of highs" kind of sound.
Reliability/Durability:
That is up to how well you are at doind mods, but with the instructions, and the pedal (it's a Boss!) there won't be any problems.
Ease of Use:
Same as stock, very easy.
Customer Support:
Brian is great to deal with problem or not, and is so helpful and friendly you couldn't ask for a nicer guy.
Overall Rating:
I bought this mod as the "Master DIY" kit and have all the mods that he has listed. It was the best money could buy to help get what you are really looking for in guitar effect pedals. A+
