Tele>Perplexed>Deluxe Reverb Very little noise for what it is. The pedal is incredibly articulate, even at the highest gain settings. 6-note chords are no problem. When eq's are set flat, it has a wonderfull TS-808 type sound, but with much more gain. Drop off the mids and crank the gain for a very tight amp-like "metal" sound. Turn up the treble, and you get a fuzz type sound. Turn down the treble, and you get that warm buttery lead tone. This pedal just sounds good anywhere you put the dials. To top it off, roll back your guitar volume, even at the highest gain setting, and your tone cleans up, yet presence and bottom remain.
Reliability/Durability:
Just got it. It's built very solid. All metal construction. Metal footswitch. Only time will tell.
Ease of Use:
Volume, Treble, Mid, Bass, Drive. Also, unlike previous pedals, this DOES have a 9volt power jack.
Customer Support:
I've heard that they are a small company, but willing to please.
Overall Rating:
I play modern guitar rock, which contains just about every style in the book, from mellow jazz to shred metal. I own a Custom Audio Electronics 3+SE, I have many "overdrive" type stomp boxes, including a Fulldrive 2, TS-808, and TS-9, Mayer Voodoo-1. I'm always searching for a certain tone: Amp-like and controlable, yet with character and articulation. A few of the pedals I mention nail that, but with the added 3-band eq of the Perplexed, You get MUCH more versatility. I'm completely satisfied...for now.

See above, whether with my custom strat w/ lindy fralins and a barden bridge or my PRS McCArty or Hamers or les paul, into a clean tube amp this pedal is unreal!!
Reliability/Durability:
Sure, it's s good as any other boutique epdal...even though I understand Blues Pearl is no longer around...
Ease of Use:
Very easy. this si the best "plexi" oned pedal I have found and I onwed or own the G2D classic and custom, Visual Sound J&H, Menatone Blue Collar and KoB, Blackstone Mosfet, Toadworks Death Rattle, and many more (including a keeley modded rat II, fulltone dp-1, everman fuzz drive, zinky true grit, PE germ and dualtone, Bruce Bennett insane gain and brown sound, Top Hat wonderboy, FAT multi scream and Jacques tube blower.) I just set the 3 tone knobs to 12 o'clock and adjust the master and drive knobs--rock city!! This has the elusive, oft promised sweet top end that few plexi toned pedals actually achieve, IMHO. Love it!! No manual, but none needed!!
Customer Support:
Don't know, bought it from a store, and I understand the co. is no longer around...
Overall Rating:
I play blues and classic rock. I use clean fender and top hat amps and this pedal has gotten me closer to the elusive, perfect setup. It sits right next to my Barber Direct Drive SS, which I set for a modded marshall sound. I use the perplexed (great name!!) for rhythm and lead work. It is bigger than most pedals, but that's the only drawback. Wish Ihad 2!!!

PRS custom 24, '74 telecaster deluxe -> various effects -> Mesa Boogie tremoverb combo. Now, it's not fair to compare the sound of this pedal to the distortion of the Boogie, but the pedal had more of a buzz to it than distortion. I've got a Shredmaster that just kills this thing. There is no bottom end in this pedal, even with the bass know turned all the way up.
Reliability/Durability:
When the pedal power chord wiggled around just a little bit in the jack, lots of crackling sounds. The case is tough as a tank, but I worry about the power supply jack.
Ease of Use:
Pretty easy to use, but I couldn't get a very usable distortion sound out of it. No manual, don't really need one. I don't know why they put the power supply jack on the side of the pedal, makes it a pain in the ass to keep on the pedal board because it makes it space out so far from the pedal to the right of it. Also no battery clip inside, so the battery just flops around.
Customer Support:
Never dealt with the company, just got rid of the pedal when I couldn't make it work.
Overall Rating:
I play lots of stuff, and this pedal wasn't good for any of them. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Sounds are excellent, Not a bad sound in it. tried this with a Crate GC40, Peavey Rage 158, Fender Deluxe Reverb and a Tweed Super with 210s All sounded excellent, very tube like with plenty of grind. I gave it a 9 for reasons that will be apparent futher down in this review.
Reliability/Durability:
I'm a Little afraid of this footswitch and the battery has no mounting . It rattles around in the pedal loose. Came from the store that way, Dealer says that is the way he got it from factory. Kind of reluctenet to drill a hole and put a battery clip in there because I like my pedals original.
Ease of Use:
The input and output were not labeled, takes a couple of minutes to figure this out every time I use it. No documentation came with it. so I don't know what voltage adaptor is safe to use with it, Nor what polarity the power jack is wired. Controls have a very nice feel. Footswitch seems a little if'y, Not quite solid or something.
Customer Support:
Have had dealings with the company in the past. and Have not been "thrilled" with their responce.
Overall Rating:
Classic Rock, Blues and some Country 33 year veteran club player. Pedal gives good sound, I might not replace it if stolen unless factory fixes the draw backs. I own a Teese wah RMC1 a Brown Sound od/dist.an echoplex and several other delays. Danecho, Boss DD polychorus, Big muff pi. Roland GP16 I used it all at one time or another, This is a good sounding box.But it needs some work to be roadworthy. Also Mine came from a sealed box with a scratched up paint job. I purchase stuff with an eye toward it's future resellability. and I don't think I can get my money back on this one. it was to damaged looking straight out of the factory sealed box.

Fender Tele & Les Paul Classic - Marshall DSL40 Talk about versatility! I can get whatever tone I want out of this. If I want blues, metal, rock, or country, I've got it. I don't ever do reviews, but I had to on this one.
Reliability/Durability:
Don't know yet. Only had it for two months. So far, so good.
Ease of Use:
You know, it's actually hard to get a bad sound out of this pedal. I LOVE the Hi-Mid-Low EQ on this box. No manual, but who needs one for a distortion/overdrive pedal?
Customer Support:
No need yet, but the place where I bought it (Humbucker Music) was very helpful, so Blues Pearl must choose cool dealers.
Overall Rating:
Played music for 12 years. I have a plethora of other pedals in the closet, but I've made room on the pedalboard for this one. If it were stolen, I'd replace it immediately. If I had to complain about anything, it'd be the lack of a small manual that at least had info about what voltage adaptor to use with it. I was told 9v standard by the dealer, but it'd be nice if I had it in writing.
