I use with a modelling Vox amp, and have no sound issues with it.
Reliability/Durability:
The toe pad was so firm I could not depress it far enough to engage the on/off switch, I had to add a pad abouve the switch so that it would operate properly. I used one of those green felt pad circles like on an old pool-cue, remember those? I would probably have a back up if you use it thoughout a set.
Ease of Use:
Operation is physically noisy (not electronically) as you toe-down you partially depress the on/off switch, which could be an issue if you were mic recording in the vicinity of the wah, at bedroom level it is a touch distracting. The pitch is taller on the heel position than the CryBaby and also does not go flat as the CryBaby, good for seated players? Just Takes some getting used to.
Customer Support:
Well as I mentioned it would not turn on/off easily so I called and they were really helpful dudes in the customer service department, I recommend calling if you need any guidence.
Overall Rating:
Rock, and variables on rock. I prob waited too long to try one, but I'd say I expected more, maybe that will change as I play with it more. The pedal has a switch for guitar or bass, which is nice as I like to dabble with both and the adjustble depth feature allows you to dial your preferred sound. This has an updated rock wah sound compared to my classic-sound CryBaby. I think this is for progressive rockers or metal'ers. Of course if you ply Chili Peppers this was John's wah of choice. This is the new WH-10v2 which has an updated metal casing as the old ones were known for their delicacy. Lastly it has a dry line out you could send to a tuner or another piece of equipment which bypasses the wah.

Before you read this you should be aware of that my practice rig at home is Fender Strat - Boss DS-2 - WH10 - CryBaby - Peavy Backstage. I've tried the pedal with better amps, although not a tube amp though. This pedal is VERY overrated. I've heard people been talking about this volume boost and that the pedal has an incredible depth etc.. Honestly, you have no other choice but having the depth knob at 10 (maximum). Otherwise, the volume rather drops and your guitar gets lost in the music. Even with the depth knob at 10, my GCB95 original CryBaby is louder, and it's even more aggressive. I've tried with the WH10 with other pedals and with just that pedal, with different cables - no big difference. To sum up, the pedal is good. I mean, it has a depth knob and a switch for guitar or bass (which is really cool to use on guitar) which makes it way more versitle that an original CryBaby - however, with the effect maxed, it's not especially impressive.
Reliability/Durability:
Well, I would be kind of unfair if I gave it a bad grade on this one because it has held for at least 12 years (don't know which year it's from, the last one was made -97. It may be from the 80's). But c'mon, it's made of plastic and it's a WAHPEDAL! How stupid could Ibanez be when they made these pedals? So, since it's at least 12 years old, it's a prove for that the pedal is hard to break. But I would definitively bring my CryBaby to the gig - I really think it could break any minute.
Ease of Use:
The pedal has one bypass switch, one switch for bass/guitar and one depth-knob. It's really easy to make the pedal sound. Since it's vintage, I didn't get a box or a manual, but despite that, it's easy to understand.
Customer Support:
Haven't dealt with them - no opinion at all.
Overall Rating:
It's worth like 150% since its possibilities - but it's not worth like 400$. The sound is, from what I've heard of MY rig, just as a CryBaby, even less good. I play a lot of different music, mostly funk/fusion/rock, and it's good for that. Probably good for any kind of music. Buy it if you find a good price (maybe the V2?), but don't have to high expetations.

The sound to me is really versitile because of that little knob on the side that lets you tailor a Wah sound that fits you best. To me there is no such thing as a bad piece of equipment, only equipment you do, or do not like. To me this is a great pedal! I know John F. uses it and I love his tone, but I am in no way trying to be him, just when I think of a wah sound, I think of his, so this to me is the ideal wah. I have used a Fender Super Twin and a Crate Blue Voodoo 50 half stack, and I like it better with the dirtyness the Crate can produce. That to me is the sexyest sound ever, the WH-10 with an over driven amp!
Reliability/Durability:
Uggh, the only bad thing... this this made of plastic, which is a bummer  so you have to be really carful with it, but if you respect you equipment then it should be no problem, treat it well and don't go stomping on it that hard.
Ease of Use:
It takes a while to get the sound you might be looking for, but once you get it it will make you soo happy. And it can fit the needs of a guitar and bass!

I play funk/rock/jazz/blues and this pedal does a swell job in all of these! I have been playing for 7+ years and besides this I own the following in this exact order: Fender 72 Custom Deluxe Black Telecaster with Bill Lawrence Vintage pick ups which can be split or a Custom White Telecaster(I built this one)-> Digitech Hot Head-> EHX Big Muff(USA)-> Ibanez WH-10(with the dry out it goes to a Boss TU-12)-> Boss CE-2-> Morley Little Alligator-> Boss DD-3-> Crate Blue Voodoo 50 Half Stack with Celestion Vintage 30. Now I compare this wah to a Vox v847, a Dunlop Crybabay, a Morley bad horsie 2, and the Slash wah. Now again this to ME is the best cause it is the wah that is the best sounding cause its what I have in mind.

Very diferent from other wah pedals... sound trasition is smooth and all sound ranges sound musical... very versatile tool for expression. Changes the sound a bit when off, but it doesnt hurt my feelings... Allows for diverse and interesting settings, even for bass frequencies, and can be a very unique tool.
Reliability/Durability:
Its is what you can expect from a "cheap" pedal...so be gentle with it. The chassis is plastic... About the switching problem, I solved it with a bit of tape and a small metal plate, that I used as a layer above the switch... it made the switching on/off a lot smoother... Besides it being fragile, I didnt note any other issues yet.

Very unique effect... and funny was that I didnt even remember I still had this pedal... Since I bought it in the early 90's because it was cheap and what my finances would allow by then, and didnt used for a long time... amazingly stumbled on it again when I was revaluating old units i had stocked in the closet... and changed my mind about reselling this one... even for the price it is worth now...

I put a compressor, then my wah and then my distortions. Thats the sound i like and it sounds amazing. I spent a lot of money for this wah and it was worth every penny for the sound. I have many pedals, 3 full double level boards, and this is my favourite pedal.
Reliability/Durability:
This pedal is made of plastic so the designer was not very smart. And it has a foam cussion at the toe end and you really have to push the foam peice down hard to get the switch to be hit, and it's plastic so it can crack. Mine cracked write underneath where the Ibanez rubber pad is. Now it bends everytime and I don't want to break it more. So I filled the little waffle holes underneath the treadle with Gorilla Glue, Super Glue, and Hot glue, so It's pretty tight. But Still very sensitive. I would recommend taking off the pedal part and putting some sort of thin but sturdy metal plate. That will reinforce it good. I wish Ibanez would reissue this wah but in metal. I'd buy more than 1 of them.
Ease of Use:
It is very easy to use and sounds great when hooked up right. It has a depth knob on the side which allows you to create the wah that fits you perfectly. The more clockwise you turn the know (0-10) you get a more intense wah. There was no manual when I bought mine (off ebay) but you don't need one, it's like any other wah pedal.
Customer Support:
I've never delt with them. This is an old wah, that is discontinued so I don't think they could help.
Overall Rating:
It has an amazing sound like no other. But it is built like a peice of junk. I would strongly recommend reinforcing it with something like metal or wood before using it. Also underneath where the switch is, I would put something like a peice of a popsicle stick so you don't have to press down hard on the plastic to turn it on. And the foam will still allow you to go down all the way.
