The sound is good, if you love the "tape echo" type of sound, and you like to tweak a tail of a delay with a lot of parameters this is the pedal you want.
Reliability/Durability:
DON'T TRUST THIS THING! Mine lasted a few months, then the programs began to reset every time I turned the knobs to 0. I tried to restore the thing but with no luck. Then also the switch ceased to work correctly. I'm very pissed out.
Ease of Use:
The position of the knobs don't always refer to the actual level of the parameter. That makes me want to choose a pedal with more knobs that when they are to 10 they mean 10.

Overall Rating:
The pedal would be good, if only it worked for more than two months.

I am a delay freak. I have had , a copycat, space echo, digitech double play Ibanez Harmonizer/delay MXR analog delay, korg tape echo etc. I have on hand, a Memory MAn deluxe (vintage), Boss DD2, Electrix MOFX YAmaha SPX50 Lexicon LXP5 lots and lots of delays. DGStomp Fender Combos, Bassman, ProJr. Mesa subway etc. I always reach for this pedal. Quirky ? Yes. But if you know what you are looking for this is like having the history of the delay effect at your feet. The sound of a delay that is just about to give it up. I love the crazy sounds, the warbling the feedback. The extra eq, ducking, and predelay are features that require some study, but are worth understanding., Between the ducking and the lo fi and the predealy OF COURSE this is different.
Reliability/Durability:
I 've used it on lots of gigs. The batteries are a pain, the switch sometimes hangs, who cares. It does some freaky stuff. I like it.
Ease of Use:
I bought this new and on purpose. Of couse it came with a manual and if you have one you want to read it. It is easy to edit patches and save two sounds for stage use. Obviously not easy to mess with on the fly on the floor. Mine has a slightly wonky switch but I am scarred to open it up as much as suggested.
Customer Support:
Who knows.
Overall Rating:
This is good for all kinds of delays and echoes. Just send em to me. Thanks

Real weak, dry, boring delay. I like rich, fun, manipulatable, space-creating delay, analog or digital.  I've heard lots of good ones.   This thing just repeats what you played, and somehow it sounds worse.  Short delays sound phasey, long delays sound boring. Of course, like any effect, you can use the sound it creates -- but the only way I could really use this thing is to play up its bad-ness for some lo-fi noise/instrumental composition, in combination with some other pedals/effects.
Reliability/Durability:
Seems good.
Ease of Use:
The interface demands you to keep switching back and forth between two "banks" to change the most basic settings, which are scattered unevenly.  Pretty inconvenient.

Overall Rating:
Not a good match for me -- like I say, I like delays that create an interesting space of their own, not just mimic what I play like some low-end riff-learning sampler.

I'm using this for bass (haven't tried with guitar) and it sounds quite amazing.  My rig is a Rickenbacker 4003, Boss OC2, DOD FX25B, Sansamp Tri-AC, EH Smallstone (US), Boss Bass Chorus, Korg 301, Boss TU2. The high and low cut controls mean you can filter out low-end delays that can muddy up the sound.  Sounds more like an analog echo than most other things i've used, but can still sound pretty pristine (ie  digital) when required. Like others have said, yeah, it's noisy, but that's part of it's charm I reckon. Gives incredible delayed seagulls when i'm using a bow on my bass, or doing string scrapes. Tried many other delays, even the DL4 didn't have the chutzpah that this unit delivers.  Now, if only the next section was up-to-scratch...
Reliability/Durability:
Sucks arse.  Volume dropout is common after bypassing the effect, delay and pre-delay time fluctuates even while delaying a note (that can sound kinda cool, but useless if you've set the delay time specifically).  Supposedly stores the programs even with the power off - sometimes works for me, most often doesn't. I play live with it, and it's failed me so many times i'm surprised it's still on my pedalboard.
Ease of Use:
Takes a little getting used to the switchable controls, but once you've got it sorted out it's pretty straightforward.  That being said, it's easy to get flustered in a live situation and forget which position the switch is in - i've sometimes adjusted the wrong parameter. Delay/Pre-Delay knob is on the outside, which is great in that you can replace the knob with something a little larger, and control it with your foot. One thing you do get with this pedal is the Pre-Delay option, which can confuse a little if you've never had the option before!  :o)
Customer Support:
Bought it used, so caveat emptor.  I think this kinda stuff is so mass-produced that there seems to be no desire to provide any backup support.
Overall Rating:
My primary tastes are in the dub/experimental/ambient vein (current band mixes these with alt.rock/indie grunt), and for what i'm after, this pedal excels and then some. However, it's reliability has made a monkey outta me on stage before, so I thought i'd post a eulogy-like review before I retire it (good wedge shape, so maybe it'd work as a door-stop?). One last thing.  Korg - AA batteries for power?  Get a freakin' grip, no musician carries those readily. She gets a overall rating of 5 as she is - it'd be a 9 or 10 if she were reliable. If anyone has a cheap working one for sale, i'd be keen...
