Excellent for wet spring reverb sounds. MUCH better and more authentic than the Boss RV-5's spring setting, and can get alot louder too if you need it. Some things are worth noting; it doesn't go 100% wet. Just about 70% and then the guitar volume remains the same, but the reverb volume increases a little, which is unique too a compact reverb pedal (and all the better for it). The Dwell also adds vloume as you crank it so you can pretty loud with this thing. It competes with the boost on the Tech 21 Boost RVB which was very surprising. For me the tone can be a little harsh and trebly, but then again maybe a spring tank gets like that too? And besides, that's adjustable and only really noticable on extreme settings (Plus I'm using a strat)

Ease of Use:
Pretty straightforward, Mix, Dwell and Tone. Mix and Tone are self explanatory. The Dwell basically adds volume/length and er...springiness to the reverb signal itself.

I like spring reverb tones from 60's surf instrumentals to the Raveonettes sound, and this does everything I've been looking for. I've tried a few spring reverb pedals and this is the best so far. I find the fact that it doesn't go 100% wet a good thing, and the extra volume you get from the dwell is great. I do wish it had a little more 'body' to it, but I don't know if that is an authentic trait to an actual spring reverb and it's not a matter of life and death given the playing styles spring reverb is usually associated with. The only negative points that might bother some people is that there is a tiny amount of the usual Boss/buffered bypass 'tone suck', but that's not an issue for me. And some reverb users might not like the fact that there are no trails to the reverb. I.e. when you press the footswitch off while playing, the reverb stops dead and doesn't carry on like natural reverb. However I guess if you unplugged a spring tank while playing the same thing would happen :D Overall, and excellent and surprisingly original and unique digital spring reverb pedal!

Very good impersonation of a fender reverb tank; nice surfy, "drippy" sound when mixer and dwell are turned up.
Reliability/Durability:
Only owned it for a couple of weeks -- hope it's reliable.
Ease of Use:
Simple, three straightforward controls: Mixer, Tone, Dwell.
Customer Support:
Haven't had to use customer support -- but I don't expect much from these kinds of "support" folks generally.
Overall Rating:
I play "bedroom" surf and blues. Fun pedal to use -- simple operation, cool retro sound.
