Sound Quality:
This pedal will be used with Strats and Teles.  However, I plugged it into my Les Paul and ran it through a good clean tube amp and it came to life.  It was incredibly noisy before the mods but now it is clear.  I am only going to give this a 9 because I have a modded Boss DS-1 that has a better Marshall Sound.  However, the pedal is more expensidve to begin with and they are darn close in sound after the mods to both.
Reliability/Durability:
Actually, the pedal was very cleanly built inside and the housing is as strong as a Boss.  The nobs seem a bit cheap so I will knock it for that.
Ease of Use:
Okay, this is one terrible pedal.  It is a fizz machine.  I paid $23.99 and 3 hours of my time for the mod and it is a mini marshall.  Incredible how much of a change this made.  The instructions were pretty simple and you really can't mess up a pedal.  The 3 way toggle gives you lots of great distorted sounds from an early Marshall to a more recent Hi Gain Model.  Very easy to use as a pedal.
Customer Support:
Monte is the best.
Overall Rating:
If you want to have some fun, go to eBay and spend $25.00 on a used Danolectro Daddy O Pedal.  Make sure it is the first version that is big or this won't work.  Then get a cheap soldering iron and order this kit.  For $50.00 you will have one of the best sounding pedals out there.
