Sound Quality:
Well, stock...horrible. Sounded like someone was using a saw or something when it was on. Also had a volume drop issue and two sliders were pretty much did not work unless you were trying to get more noise. This 'Silent Partner' mod fix the problem and more. Quiet, all the sliders work and have more useful ranges than before.
Reliability/Durability:
Still a Boss with upgraded components. If anything, this should make it last even longer.
Ease of Use:
Not too hard to use. It's an EQ so you kinda need to tweak a bit anyways.
Customer Support:
Good. I asked them a specific question about this pedal and they gave a honest opinion.
Overall Rating:
Fast turn around. I mailed it on a Monday and got it back the following Monday and that was because I live in rural Washington state. Well worth the money I paid for this since I now have a usable 7 band EQ to shape my sounds. Works good as a signal boost too!
