Daddy-O TNT Mod

It's definitely an improvement over the stock version. It's still not the greatest pedal ever, even with the mod, but it does help remove some of the rasp. Careful EQing can yield some nice tones. Further tweaking made it sound even better - the mod calls for a JRC4558D chip. I found that either a Burr Brown OP2604AP or a NE5532AP sound better in this particular pedal, to my ears. Also, try removing the diodes totally - I think this improves the dynamics considerably.

Seems pretty solid.

It took me less than an hour to do this mod - no problems or tricky bits at all.

Definitely worth a go if you already own this pedal.
