Sound Quality:
Its quite a decent ANALOG chorus for the price. The effect can be powerful and outstanding but it can also be very unnoticable. It all depends on the way you set it. Its a nice little silver box. I play it through a Fender Frontman 15G amp and a Fender Standard Stratocaster hss with a dimarzio evo 2 in bridge, and 2 dimarzio virtual vintage 2.1s in neck and middle. It always sounds great to me though. But you may not like it though, if you are going to buy it, try before you buy it.
Reliability/Durability:
Its a very Sturdy metal casing. If it breaks down during a gig, i don't have a backup so i'll try to do without a chorus. Then i would get it repaired. But i really trust it and it has never failed me.
Ease of Use:
Its just 4 knobs, how hard can it be?
Customer Support:
Never dealt with marshall on problems as i dont have problem with this pedal.
Overall Rating:
I play blues and funk and it suits me well. I have not been playing for that long but its a reasonable length of time. If this baby got stolen or lost, i would replace it with a boss ce2 or get another one of it. Before getiing this, i tried the boss ce5 and ch1 which are both digital and i didnt like them so i turned to analog and this is what i got.
