Sound Quality:
This is one of the most quiet compressor pedals I've ever used. I have tested it against my Keely and Diamond Compressors and it is every bit as clean sounding and musical. Too Easy to find your sound with this pedal. I am a R&B player and use this on my clean tone mainly but it sounds very good on my dirty channel of my amp too.
Reliability/Durability:
Unsure, I've had it for about 2 weeks a now and probally stomped on it more than a 100 times. Built tough and solid. True Bypass switching and good jacks all the way around. Pots are very smooth.
Ease of Use:
This pedal is basically a Grey Ross Clone Pedal. Its as straight forward as it gets. You have a sustain and volume knob. Just twist tweek set and roll with it! Easy to get a great compressed sound.
Customer Support:
They check their email and have an toll free number. I've reached them both ways and Joseph the owner has been more than happy to talk gear with me.
Overall Rating:
I would have to give it a 9 just because! Its hard to beat this compressor. Its very clean sounding and looks sharp on my board. I know who cares how it looks right? Well they did something kinda cool with their pedal line, each pedal has a matching LED indicator that matches the color of the pedal. I know its too funny but kinda cool. I bought it recommended by Joseph who has helped me build my entire guitar rig. He's never steered me in the wrong direction. I actually now have 2 more pedals from them on order.
