Aimed squarely at the gigging solo performer, ALK2 Solo provides the essential features of ALK2 in an affordable package - enabling musicians to compose, mix and perform live for just €39 (approximately $46).

Out of the box, users can expect audio looping, MIDI looping, Panic Mode, Magnetic Note Repeat, and ALK’s unique and forward-looking user interface and looping experience. With full VST/AU plugin support, musicians are free to sculpt their signature sound with their favourite software instruments and effects.

zenAud.io’s ALK series treads a new path with its acclaimed arranged-live-looping workflow, using the arrangement to control the operation of multiple track-based live loopers. The goal is to free the performer of all unnecessary distractions, while allowing rhythmically tight and harmonically rich arrangements.

ALK2 Solo can be upgraded to ALK2 at any time - the upgrade price is simply the price difference. ALK2 Solo is available today at the company’s website.

zenAud.io ALK2 runs on macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) or higher, on any Mac.

    About zenAud.io

zenAud.io’s team is comprised of programmers and designers who are also musicians -- and like playing guitars as much using computers and synths. After re-forming his band with a reduced line-up and an army of loopers, zenAud.io founder Martin Percossi realized in one fateful rehearsal-turned-debugging session that the biggest obstacle to his creativity was the software itself. He sensed an opportunity and created a looper that fit with his structured approach to songwriting: ALK2.
