Unity 3.0.5 Update Released

BitHeadz has released a new update for the Unity product line. The Unity 3.0.5 update will provide a number of improvements and features to the current owners of Unity Session, Unity DS-1, Unity AS-1 and Unity Combo versions 3.0.0 and up. It will be available as a free download for all registered owners of any of these products.

Unity 3.0.5 has brought added support for the latest OS from Apple, 10.2 (Jaguar), and for ProTools HD 96 KHz. Another new feature added called "ProSwitch", enables Instruments to toggle between multiple, independent programs using an assigned controller, velocity or randomly.

Besides the new features, BitHeadz has improved overall functionality by enhancing table editing, added user definable locations for Undo and clipboard information, and more G4 optimizations for sample playback.

Other features include more reliable MIDI processing with MOTU's Digital Performer program, auto root note mapping when creating a multisample, and assorted bug fixes.
