Tanglewood Guitars Company UK to Introduce Several New Products at Winter NAMM 2013

Tanglewood will bring two of its competitively-priced Nashville IV Series solid-top instruments to North American players in 2013. Embodying the spirit of Music City, the Nashville Series instruments are styled in classic traditional western fashion, paying homage to the home of country & roots music. A Solid Himalayan Spruce top and African Mahogany back & sides provide each instrument with colorful tone, and the unique headstock design adds to the luxurious cosmetic of these guitars.
Tanglewood has also overhauled its selection of banjos and mandolins for 2013. This extremely popular product segment from British brand has been redesigned to even better meet the needs of bluegrass and Americana musicians, from amateur players to pro pickers.
Finally, the United Kingdom’s best-selling acoustic guitar brand, will add several new entry-level Guitar Packs to its North American product line-up in 2013. The Discovery by Tanglewood range offered in the USA and Canada will include a Dreadnought, two Orchestra style models, and acoustic-electric Super Folk model. The instruments each feature a Select Spruce top and Mahogany back & sides, in a Natural Gloss finish – with the Orchestra model also available in a Tobacco Sunburst Gloss finish at no extra charge. The packs include a gig bag, picks, strap, and educational DVD, and feature attractive retail-ready packaging.
