Sound Grinder for OS X Upgraded

Monkey Tools has released version 2.0 of their audio file conversion utility, Sound Grinder. Version 2.0 includes many new features and enhancements including Rapid Convert. Rapid Convert provides direct audio file conversion within Contextual Menus, Finder Services, and the OS X Dock.

In addition to Rapid Convert, Sound Grinder 2.0 features: new file formats, including OGG Vorbis, AMR Narrowband, Apple Lossless, and support for MP3 LAME codec. Sound Grinder 2.0 also supports pull-up/pull-down sample rates, folder hierarchy recreation, and 31 character naming compatibility.

Sound Grinder 2.0 is available immediately from the Monkey Tools website. Sound Grinder 2.0 costs $39, and is a free upgrade to existing users who purchased previous versions of Sound Grinder between March 1, 2004 and October 4, 2004. Registered users will receive email notice of the process to obtain their free upgrade.
