Solid State Logic in association with Westlake Professional invite you to the Dave Way 'Anatomy Of A Mix' free studio workshop in LA.

SSL Studio Workshops bring together like minded individuals to share expertise and strengthen local production communities. The Noth Hollywood store event will be hosted by Solid State Logic’s Marc DeGeorge and the good people at Westlake Professional and the guest speaker will be Grammy Award Winning engineer and producer Dave Way.

Dave Way needs very little introduction. In his career as a recording and mix engineer, Dave has played his part in the creation of classic records that have sold millions of copies. He has worked with a stellar array of recording artists, an incredible collection of producers, has accumulated numerous awards and earned deep respect amongst the audio production community worldwide.

SSL is honoured to have Dave present one of our ‘Anatomy-Of-A-Mix’ seminars. Dave will be discussing one of his current mixes and describing how he builds a mix from start to finish. He will also be discussing the differences between in the box and out of the box and why using a mixing console is still important.

There will also be an opportunity for one-to-one demonstrations of (some of) SSL’s current product portfolio.
