Robin Finck, guitarist of preeminent band Nine Inch Nails deploys his signature Schecter Guitars Robin Finck artist model. Finck has been linked to some of the biggest bands in the world, and is even known for having penned several tracks for the on-off-on again and much gossiped Axl Rose project known as the Guns & Roses Chinese Democracy album. However, it is his tenure in Nine Inch Nails that has brought him accolades from fans, musicians and industry vets alike. Known for his often dark and enigmatic musical phrasings, it's his long 6'4" stature that really commands a presence. "Designing a guitar for a top-touring artist like Robin is not only a challenge given the requirements of his set up, it's his size that takes the process to another level. He needs to feel as comfortable as possible with the guitar providing his essentials in an easy way," said Michael Ciravolo, President Schecter Guitars. The Robin Finck artist model is based on the innovative body style of Schecter's Ultra series. A raised center 25.5" scale mahogany body features a mahogany set neck with a rosewood 24 jumbo fretboard. However, this guitar employs Robin's pickup combo, Duncan Designed FG-101's in both neck & middle positions with a Seymour Duncan mini humbucker in the bridge. An Ultra Cure reverse headstock and a stunning Nitro Red color with a Bigsby B-50 vibrato round out the guitar. Pricing n/a.
