Roland has kicked off of the Roland MC-909 Drop A Beat Competition. Those with the skillz are encouraged to send their original MC-909 composition to Roland for a chance to win prizes like an Edirol PCR-50 Controller Keyboard. The Drop A Beat Competition started on September 1, 2003 and runs until October 31, 2003. Entrants must submit a 2-5 minute composition that uses the MC-909 Sampling Groovebox exclusively.
