  • Reverend Introduces The Club King RT Electric Guitar

    By Guest |

Reverend has introduced the Club King RT guitar, one of their new Stage King series.

This roots/rockabilly guitar produces the response and acoustic richness of a full size semi-hollow, but with extra clarity and percussive qualites courtesy of the 25-1/2" scale maple neck.

The Reverend RevTron pickups are based on the classic late-fifties mini-humbuckers, with upgraded tweaks. The bridge pickup is slightly hotter then the neck pickup for balanced tone and volume. RevTrons are wound about 5% hotter overall than the originals, so it's also suitable for blues and rock.

The Reverend exclusive Bass Contour control (mounted on the pickguard), provides fine-tuning of the low end, allowing the player to revoice the pickups for added versatility.

Solid wood construction is featured throughout, with no veneer or plywood. The back, sides and center block are produced from one slab of mahogany which is routed from the top, and then capped with a solid spruce top. Sustain and attack are enhanced, and coupled with substantial resonance for a lively and responsive tone.

    Features:

    • Semi-hollow with 5.5 mm solid spruce top on mahogany, and 'shooting star' f-hole
    • Two Reverend Revtron mini-humbucker pickups
