Port City Amps - Orleans Bass Preamp

Port City Amps is proud to announce its first bass preamp the “Orleans”. This  hand wired all watt tube amp presents an option that is flexible,  reliable and useable for the modern bassist.  In addition to the normal Treble, Middle and Bass tone controls  associated with vintage amps the Orleans has a “thick” switch that  provide extra tone shaping in the low frequencies. The result is an  unexpectedly powerful and musical tool for bass players of  all types. The Orleans preamp is suitable for rock, vintage, funk,  slap, modern, jazz and beyond. It pairs perfectly with the new Port City  Wave bass cabinets.

The  Port City Orleans preamp is handmade in North Carolina using only the  highest quality components such as Mojo Dijon capacitors, carbon film  resistors, custom USA made transformers,  PVC coated copper wire and Switchcraft jacks. The Orleans preamp  enclosure is crafted from a solid aluminum chassis.
