Paul Gilbert Concert Saturday Night At NAMM

2009 marks the 20th Anniversary of the Paul Gilbert PGM signature guitar. To honor both the influential guitarist and his guitar, Ibanez is throwing a "20th Anniversary PGM Celebration" concert at the January 2009 Anaheim NAMM musical instrument convention.

The event will be opened by a special performance from Paul Gilbert's fellow Ibanez signature guitar artist, Andy Timmons and his band. "Andy's set will be followed with a set by Paul with his own solo band," commented Paul Specht of Ibanez, "and the evening will culminate in the first appearance in over eight years of the legendary Metal band, Racer X. This, very definitely, is the must-attend event Saturday night at NAMM."

The Ibanez Paul Gilbert PGM 20TH Anniversary Celebration will be held at the Sheraton Park Ball Room on Saturday, January 17, 2009. Doors will open 7:30 PM. Show times are 8:00 pm 11:30 PM. Like the NAMM musical instrument convention itself, the show is a "trade-only" event and not open to public. A NAMM badge with ID will be required for entry.
