Sony Electronics is expanding its wireless product line with the introduction of the MB-X6 tuner base at this week's AES convention. This single rack space tuner frame provides slots for up to six plug-in tuner units, providing a significant space savings configuration for a wide range of wireless applications.
"The MB-X6 tuner base unit is a powerful and cost-effective asset for managing multi-channel wireless systems," said Paul Foschino, senior manager for professional audio in Sony Electronics' Broadcast and Production Systems Division. "Live theater, broadcast producers, corporate A/V directors, educational users and house of worship audio engineers will find this perfect for setting up and managing all their multi-channel live wireless needs."
