Whether you are an admirer of the Triple XXX, but prefer a combo format, or you own the head and want matching cabinets, Peavey has delivered.

The Triple XXX Combo is equipped with two custom-designed 12" Triple XXX speakers and powered by 120 Watts into 16, 8 or 4 Ohms (switchable). Its three footswitchable channels each have their own independent three-band EQs: bottom, body and hair (low, mid, hi) on both the Crunch and Ultra channels; and bass, mid and treble on the Clean channel. The Crunch and Ultra channels each have their own gain and volume controls, while Clean features an independent volume control.

Another unique Peavey custom control feature is the Triple XXX's three-setting damping switch, which alters speaker resonance to create "tight," "medium" and "loose" tones. A guitarist can create anything from a precise, exacting sound to a huge, full sound. As if that's not enough control, the Triple XXX Combo can even switch between four 6L6GC or EL34 power amp tubes for ultimate sound control.

Also available is the Triple XXX 412, a heavy duty loudspeaker cabinet designed to perfectly match the powerful Triple XXX head, introduced in early 2002. The Triple XXX 412 is available in both straight and slant cabinets and loaded with four rear-mounted, custom-designed 12" Triple XXX speakers. These enclosures emphasize the low end while allowing chiming mids and highs to cut through for tight, rhythmic playing and thick chords.

The Triple XXX Combo has a U.S. MSRP of $1399.99, and the Triple XXX 412 cabinet has a U.S. MSRP of $699.99. Both are currently available from Authorized Peavey Dealers.
