Subdecay Studios has announced the Flying Tomato Fuzz, a full featured fuzz pedal with an impedance matching input buffer, and comprehensive controls. The Flying Tomato is not sensitive to low impedance signals according to the company, so you can use this fuzz virtually anywhere in your signal chain without unexpected results.

The Flying Tomato features true bypass switching, and on/off LED indicator. It is powered by a 9 volt battery or DC power supply. Controls include "Push" for increasing overall gain, "Level" controls overall volume, "Hi" and "Low" control use variable frequency filters to shape your tone, and the "Squish" control simulates a dying battery, which can offer some subtle kazoo sounds, or be completely gated as the knob is turned down. The pedal comes with a three-year limited warranty.

    MSRP: $165.
