Numark used the 2005 Summer NAMM show to introduce the Fusion 111 DJ Package. Designed as an entry-level DJ system, the Fusion 111 includes two TCD05 DJ CD players, an MX05 2-Channel DJ mixer, and the HF125 headphones--all pre-wired and shipped with a black and sliver hard case for portability.

Featuring twin TCD05 DJ CD players, the Fusion 111 has what it takes to keep the party going. With large PLAY and CUE buttons, a search function, a +- 16% music speed adjustment fader, and an LCD display with track, time, and pitch indicators, the TCD05 CD players make it easy to locate just the right song, cue it up, start playback, and control the speed--all with an easy to read, informative display that lets DJs select their preferred time display mode. With support for CD-R discs, DJs can create custom compilation discs. The TCD05 also includes stereo line outputs, a pitch bend function, and a +10 track advance button for rapid track location as opposed to advancing incrementally.

Complementing the TCD05 CD players is the MX05 2-Channel DJ mixer. With inputs for CD/MP3 players, computers, and turntables, the MX05 has the connectivity budding DJs need now--and as they expand their rigs. Making tonal adjustments and controlling the microphone is a snap with the MX05. Featuring bass and treble equalization on the inputs, plus a microphone input with level control for MC/Karaoke use, this mixer has everything needed to sound like a pro. Add to this a replaceable crossfader for easy mix control, stereo RCA outputs, and a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz. And for monitoring purposes, the MX05 provides a headphone output with cue control capability.

No DJ setup is complete without headphones. For this, the Fusion 111 DJ Package provides Numark's HF125 headphones. Mixing and cueing one's music with the HF125 headphones is a pleasure. These headphones provide flexible, 7-position independently adjustable dual ear cups, large 40mm Mylar speaker drivers, and include a 6-ft tangle resistant cord with a quarter-inch phone plug connector.

Suggested retail price: $399. The Fusion 111 will be available Q4 of 2005.
